What I collect, and why

Cookies and the Meta pixel

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure which ads bring people here. It loads on every visit. If you'd rather it didn't, any browser's tracking protection or ad blocker will stop it, and every page works exactly the same without it.

Meta may receive a hashed version of details you type here, such as your email or phone number. Hashed means scrambled into an irreversible string before it leaves your browser; Meta never gets the raw values from me. It's used to match a conversion to an ad, not to build a profile I can see.

Who else touches your data

I keep the list short on purpose. Each of these only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare — hosting and storage. Your application is stored here.
• Calendly — booking the call and sending the calendar invite.
• beehiiv — sending you a guide if you asked for one.
• Meta — ad measurement. Any personal details are hashed before they leave your browser.
• Telegram — alerts me that you've applied so I can reply quickly.
• Wistia — hosting the case-study video on my proposal pages. Wistia sets its own cookies and records anonymous viewing statistics when you press play. The video only loads once you scroll to it.

I don't sell your data, I don't share it with other academies, and I don't add you to anything you didn't ask for.

Emails

You only get emails from me if you asked for a guide or booked a call. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and I honour it immediately. If you booked a call, you'll get the practical emails about that call — unsubscribe still works, it just means you'll be relying on the calendar invite.

Your phone number

I ask for it on the application so I can reach you if the call drops out or the calendar invite goes missing. I don't run an SMS list, I won't text you marketing, and I won't pass your number to anyone. If you'd rather I didn't hold it, say so and I'll delete it while keeping the booking.

How long I keep it

Applications and bookings are kept for two years, because academies often come back a year later. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. Ask me to delete any of it sooner and I will.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll do it within 30 days, usually the same week. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it you can complain to the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

Results

Any figures on this site describe what happened for a specific business at a specific time. They're not a promise or a projection of what will happen for you — your results depend on your offer, your market, your prices and how much of the work actually gets done. I don't offer income guarantees and I'd be suspicious of anyone who does.
